Ben Needham "Ltd. Company"!!!
The "Ben Needham Company" has been finally dissolved.
However we are still trying to verify all the people involved.
When we have all the necessary details, we will take legal action.
Recently a certain individual who owns the Etax UK Ltd. Company, has created an Ltd. Company
which carries the "Ben Needham" name.
This "Ben Needham Ltd. Company" is owned by Etax UK
The same "Ben Needham Ltd. Company" has created
and operates a website
and claims itself as the "official Ben Needham" website.
This is the illegal site "Ben Needham Official Site"
as it advertizes itself.
As soon as the owner & his partner knew,
that the police had been officially notified
(on November 16, 2007 at 10:24 PM),
they have stopped the site
from running on the internet.
But Not Quite!
Let it be known to the individuals involved,
themselves and their company
will be taken to court
for obstructing justice
and for the unauthorized use of copyrighted material
for commercial purposes.
The "Ben Needham Ltd. Company"
is a commercial company
and we do not allow the commercial use of our material.
These two people and their actions
have delayed us
from approaching the Greek officials
and the people of Greece
as the Greeks
dislike immensely the individuals who use
their misfortunate children in such a manner,
namely turning them into commercial companies,
in order to collect public funds from pensioners,
for their own use and questionable purposes.
In addition,
the PM of Greece & the Leader of the Opposition
will be duly notified of this company's actions.
No member of the Needham family,
has ever signed anything at all, regarding the creation
of this "Ben Needham Ltd. Company" or its website.
No member of the Needham family,
has ever asked any person or persons,
to create an Ltd. Company using the name "Ben Needham"
or any other name and collect funds on their behalf.
Therefore the usage of the "Ben Needham" name,
to further the aims (whatever they may be)
of this "Ben Needham Ltd. Company"
is illegal.
Furthermore, through this website's display of Kerry Needham's
own e-mail address which is on the Ben Needham Flyer
and is listed on both Ben Needham Abducted From Greece
and Ben Needham Videos BogSpot
this "Ben Needham Ltd. Company"
tries to... legitimize itself.
Also, please note
that this "Ben Needham Ltd. Company" website
links to some of our "Ben Needham Abduction" videos
which are located here: Ben Needham Abduction YouTube
in order to create the "necessary sympathy"
to collect funds from the public.
This same Ltd. Company's website,
has also copied Kerry Needham's first post
on the "Ben Needham Abducted From Greece" blog.
Apparently, these people know nothing
about Ben's abduction,
or couldn't say anything "original" about it.
The fact remains that Kerry Needham,
has never signed anything at all,
or has ever asked anyone,
or given permission to any person or persons,
to create an Ltd. Company, on her behalf,
in her son's name, or any other name for that matter.
The Ltd. Company owner and his female partner
have been warned, many a time.
Ben Needham is an abducted child
and he ought to be treated
with respect and as such by all.
There has been a concentrated effort
(the above mentioned illegal
Ben Needham Ltd. Company website is one example)
to link Ben's abduction
with the disappearance of Madeleine McCann.
Although we deeply sympathize
with the plight of this child
there are no similarities whatsoever,
and anyone who "sees" similarities
ought to seek the advice
of an ophthalmologist, or a psychiatrist.
May we remind all,
that there are plenty of other missing children,
whose parents are much less fortunate,
and for some inexplicable reason
they are not afforded
the assistance of top UK government officials,
instead...
they receive despicable replies from them.
Apparently the Needhams'
working class background
does not measure up
to the UK government standards.
The Needham family's agony for Ben's well being
remains as intense
as it was on the day of his abduction.
No persons or this newly created
"Ben Needham Ltd. Company",
will be allowed, to collect money from the public
on Kerry Needham's behalf,
or to sidetrack us from the one and only goal
of the Needham family,
which is to force
the two members States of the European Union,
the UK and the GR governments
to work together and locate Ben.
PLEASE, DO NOT DONATE MONEY
to this "Ben Needham Ltd. Company"!!!
The money will never reach Kerry Needham
or any other member of her family,
because no member of the Needham family,
will ever accept this...
ill conceived "Ben Needham Ltd. Company".
